device_builder module.

The device_builder is a Python module for setting up large-scale tight-binding Simulations. Tight-binding Hamiltonians are generated based on the (abstract) crystal structure and a concrete instantiation of a random alloy configuration. In order to setup the tight-binding model, 10-band spds* Slater-Koster parameters must be provided.
