HQS Distiller package.

The HQS Distiller is a python package implementing the partial spectral decomposition of large matrices or operators inspired by the FEAST algorithm (feast-solver.org) using the Chebyshev expansion. It provides the facilities to compute the eigenstates and eigenvalues within a user-defined energy window.
